Noel Lee, the “Head Monster,” is the founder and driving force behind the brand. A mechanical engineer and musician, Noel believed cables were just as vital to sound as speakers or amplifiers—an insight that sparked an industry revolution. Starting Monster Cable and Monster Power from his garage, he has since earned over 567 patents and worked alongside some of the world’s most respected musicians and producers, including Dr. Dre, Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, and members of Earth, Wind & Fire.
